![]() I think Destiny is really good at offering feedback in PVE, especially on small mobs which can make the guns really satisfying to use, and it also makes it very easy to land shots regardless of the platform you're on, with lots of bullet magnetism and aim assist if you're using a controller. I'm going to counterargue, and say that while it's appreciable in many areas, it's not that great in many others. I still think BF1 has some of the most detailed reloading animations ever in a FPS and a sound design that is still unmatched by any multiplayer FPS game but MW2 is great in this area as well. DICE couldn’t even get the revolver to reload properly based on the spent rounds in the chambers which was just shocking when they were so good with that type of stuff in both BF1 and V to an perfectionist degree. And even though MW2 had almost double the guns that 2042 had, the animations were even more detailed with some guns having more attention to detail than DICE bothered to do in 2042. Then 2042 was released and it had the worst sound in a Battlefield game in over a decade and was missing all the little details and animations DICE were known for adding which was quite disappointing. From the reloading animations, to the visual feedback and effects of shooting the guns, and the sound of the reloads and firing a gun, CoD was finally getting as close to DICE in this area, and surpassing them in a few others. ![]() Love the gameplay and game feel but I absolutely loathe the manipulation/engagement systems and how hard they weigh down the game design.Ĭlick to shrink.MW 2019 was the first CoD game I played where I thought the series was finally on par with DICE when it came to the attention to detail, at least for the weapons anyway as they were still missing some of the more insane smaller details DICE had in BF1/V. I played the original Destiny almost exclusively for the action and gunplay, but when all the other bullshit surrounding the game became too obnoxious I couldn't hold my nose anymore and haven't been back seriously since. Their games are less smooth in motion for me compared to the other 3 contemporaries I listed. I like 343's Halo's since 5 in the gunplay department, but there's something a bit wonky and awkward with how they actually feel to control the reticle. That said, Bungie probably still is one of the best in the business. D2 just seemed to lack some of the "oomph" of the original Destiny. Idk what it was exactly, but the weapons and mechanics of shooting felt far more crisp and punchy in the original game to me. Different strokes for different folks of course but, that's just so outside of the scope of what i consider good, feels like people just value completely different experiences.įrom the little I played Destiny 2 around Forespoken, I actually thought the gunplay in it felt noticeably worse/weaker than it did in the original Destiny honestly. I was already getting bored of it after a couple of hours because while it felt really good at first, as soon as that novelty and dopamine wore off, it was just very hollow.įeels like a a discussion on what people feel "gunplay" actually means needs to be a thing first, when people are saying stuff like halo infinite, which with the exception of the BR, was one of the flimsiest and shallowest feeling FPS experiences i can remember in a long time. The damage numbers, big yellow crits and popping heads do more work than the guns themselves. The guns feel fine enough, (far better than i remember in a few hours of D1 which just felt like more floaty awful halo BS), but the game goes out of its way to push that pavlovian hollow satisfaction on you at the expense of anything actually substantial. It does not store any personal data.Yeah i tried it for a few hours earlier and its definitely this. ![]() The cookie is set by the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin and is used to store whether or not user has consented to the use of cookies. The first time that you fry the chicken, moisture is gathered inside the chicken. Korean fried chicken is fried twice to get rid of the second amount of moisture in the chicken. The cornstarch will give you the blistered and crunchier texture that Korean fried chicken is famed for. When you fry it for the second time, you also get rid of the extra moisture in the chicken. Korean fried chicken is crispy for a couple of reasons-one of those being that the chicken is fried twice over. The crust will also be a lot thinner than that found on chicken coated with a dry batter. The smooth batter also means that the crust will have a smoother appearance. The wet batter, on the other hand, forms a much thinner crust. The dry batter is also much heavier, and most of the flavor comes from the crust. You may use flour and some of your favorite herbs in a dry batter for taste and seasoning. ![]() The dry batter is a great way to get a crunchy texture on your chicken’s crust. Wet batter vs dry batter: What’s the difference? The sauce should get absorbed into the crust of Korean fried chicken without making it soggy. Also, it is often a fan favorite because there is a better chance of this chicken being cooked than western fried chicken. The fat on Korean fried chicken is more rendered out. The crust on Korean chicken is much much thinner and does not rely on thick seasoning for flavor. The batter of Korean fried chicken is lightly battered before it is fried, making it much crispier. The other difference is that western fried chicken is not double-fried like Korean fried chicken. The sweet sauce that Korean chicken is dipped in is one of the significant differences. Western fried chicken: What’s the difference? The sweet version is also known as yangnyeom-chikin, while plain Korean chicken is known as huraideu-chikin. It has a crunchy texture and sweet, spicy, and salty taste. You can also have it as a main meal along with a variety of sides. It is often a snack or appetizer, as it does the job well of tantalizing the taste buds and delivering great taste. What is Korean fried chicken?įrom Korea, Korean fried chicken is also called Dakgangjeong and is crunchy fried chicken coated in Korean sweet chili sauce. This appetizer is hot, sweet, and perfect party grub. For example, the analyst can make a simplifying assumption that the variables have normal distributions and “medium” correlations among them, and create data that way. Of course, the use of background knowledge works only when the analyst truly understands the phenomenon of interest.Īs a final example, when a process is new or not well understood by the analyst, and there is no real historical data to use, then an analyst can make some simple assumptions about the distributions and correlations among the variables involved in the process. Most cooks today choose to prepare their beef tacos on the flat top grill, eschewing the charcoal flavor.
